The Philippine Rural Reconstruction Youth Association is a mass-organization that have pledged to undertake programs and projects for the development of the Filipino Youths so that they can actively, intelligently and effectively participate in community and national development efforts, and prepare them to assume positions of leaderships in the private and public sectors. PRRYA-Negros is one of the 15 Provincial Chapters of PRRYA in the Philippines.
